Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Google Business Profile connector (“the Connector”), maintained by Sourabh Choraria. By installing or using the Connector, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
The Connector, when installed in a Superhuman doc, syncs data from the Google Business Profile APIs into that doc. It does not write to or modify your Google Business Profile in any way.
2. Eligibility and access
To use the Connector you need:
- A Superhuman account in good standing, governed by Superhuman’s Terms of Service.
- A Google account with access to one or more Google Business Profile resources, governed by Google’s Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy.
- Compliance with Google’s terms specific to the Business Profile APIs.
The Connector is provided free of charge.
3. Your responsibilities
- Use the Connector only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms, Superhuman’s terms, and Google’s terms.
- Maintain the security of the Google account you connect.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer the Connector, abuse the Google APIs through it, or use it to circumvent Google API quotas or other usage limits.
- Be responsible for the data the Connector syncs into your doc, including who else can access it inside Superhuman.
4. Privacy
Use of the Connector is also subject to the Privacy Policy. By using the Connector, you consent to the practices described in that policy.
5. No warranty
The Connector is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The maker does not warrant that the Connector will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the data it syncs will be accurate or complete.
The Connector depends on third-party services (Superhuman, Google) that the maker does not control. The maker is not responsible for any outage, bug, deprecation, or change in those services.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will the maker be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Connector, even if the maker has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The maker’s total cumulative liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Connector will not exceed the amount you have paid for the Connector in the twelve months preceding the claim — which, for a free Connector, is zero.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use after a change indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Connector at any time by disconnecting your Google account and removing the Connector from your docs. The maker may also discontinue the Connector at any time, with or without notice.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal (the maker’s country of residence), without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
